Help the Erheem Family In Gaza

Nahid Raheem and her husband Nabil are the parents of seven children, and living in Gaza. Nahid’s family was displaced from the Zeitoun neighborhood to southern Gaza and they were living in a tent on the beach in Deir al-Balah. Thanks to your donations so far, the family was able to go back to the Zeitoin neighborhood when they were permitted during a short ceasefire. They found their home completely destroyed. They have been finding shelter in the neighborhood ever since.
The Erheem family was recently bombed in the place they were sheltering, and lost their eldest son Majd. Nabil suffered extensive injuries. Due to lack of food and nutrition his injuries are not able to heal. He is no longer able to go to the aid distribution sites or to buy food for his family.
The family continues to suffer unimaginable hardships as they struggle to survive in an area that is constantly threatened by violence, destruction and displacement.
The family lives in constant fear, lacking access to basic necessities such as food, water, medicine and shelter. Their situation is dire and they need urgent help to survive.
What your donation will do:
Your donation will help ensure Nahid’s family receives:
Food and water: A monthly estimate of $2,000 for food. Due to the blockade, prices for groceries are outrageously inflated. A bag of flour costs over $100.
Cleaning supplies: Approximately $1,400 for basic cleaning and household supplies.
Medical care and necessities: Approximately $4,000 for medications and other needs for the extended family supported by her husband.
Together, they need $7,400 each month to survive.
